Our Team
First of all, thank you for taking the time to check us out and consider working with us! I'm Jesse Mastrogianni, and it's been an incredible journey over the past five years-growing our team from just myself and my truck to a company of nine dedicated team members. It's been a wild ride, full of both fun and challenges, but every experience has shaped us into the strong, reliable team we are today.
Gianni Electrical Service was founded in 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic-a time when life changed dramatically for everyone. With people spending more time at home and adapting to new ways of living and working, the need for trustworthy home services became more important than ever. Recognizing this, I started Gianni Electrical with a mission to offer homeowners a better, more personal experience when it comes to electrical solutions.

After many years working as a technician for other organizations, I was always committed to finding the best solutions for my clients. However, I often felt frustrated seeing customers not receive the level of care and professionalism they deserved. That experience inspired me to build a company rooted in integrity, genuine care, and a commitment to doing things differently in the electrical service industry.
From day one, I've focused on delivering exceptional service-personally marketing the business, taking on clients, and ensuring every homeowner receives the attention and expertise I believe should be standard. My vision has always been bigger than just myself: I wanted to build a team that shares these values, so I developed an apprenticeship program to train and mentor new technicians. Teaching and growing people has always been a passion of mine, inspired by my years as a counselor at a mountain camp. That same love for helping others is now at the heart of Gianni Electrical, fueling our growth and shaping how we serve our clients every day.
